We will verify your insurance before the date of service, but please note that the insurance does not guarantee payment. Therefore the patient is responsible for any amount not covered by their insurance company.
Due to rising costs of creating, maintaining, and copying medical records, Her Healthcare charges standard fees for providing copies of your medical records in our possession.
